General Terms
Orders
Gay DVD Versand / Gay DVD Europe sells DVDs and Videos in the name of K R A H O Versand, Scheffau, Austria. All sales are under Austrian law. Customers confirm to be 18 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse any order with or without reason.
Returns
You may withdraw your order until 7 business days after receiving your merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange unsealed films. The customer agrees to cover the return postage charges in case of a withdrawal of his order (according to Austrian consumer laws).
Please contact us by e-mail in case of defective merchandise as we will NOT accept any unauthorized returns. If you need to return goods you MUST obtain a returns number first.
Delivery
- We offer FREE SHIPPING. Worldwide.
- All items are sent in plain packaging and are designed to fit through your letter box/mail slot. We use discreet packaging, the sender is "K R A H O Versand, Scheffau/ Austria".
- Items may well be sent out in separate packages and therefore may arrive on different days.
- We do all we can to make sure that all items are in stock at all times. Delivery for most customers will occur within 2 to 4 days, however please do not contact us until 14 days have elapsed. Please understand that some items can be delayed however we will make sure that you receive your goods despite the efforts of the post office to delay them! If your goods have not arrived after 14 days then please contact us and let us know.
Minimum Order Size
The minimum order size is 12,95 GBP.
Bank transfer / Pay in advance
- For Austrian and German (but also for international) customers we offer "Überweisung/Bank Transfer" as payment option.
- At the end of the order process, you'll see the info required for national and international payments (account number, BLZ, IBAN, etc.)
- If you select "Überweisung / Bank Transfer", please send your payment within 5 days.
- In very few cases it may happen that the films are not available anymore when your payment arrives. In this case we contact you by email and offer alternative films or a full refund.
Use of Films
The films offered in our shop are for personal use only and may not be rented out or shown in cinemas or video booths (copyright violation!).
Enquiries
When you do contact us please state your full order number, name, address and the goods you ordered. This will make answering your query much quicker.
